2026-2027 Special Priorities for Funding

If unable to award all projects because of a funding shortfall, bullet points 1 and 2 of the following list of priorities will be used to help rank projects. Bullet point 3 is mandatory.

  • Projects serving Alaska Communities.
  • At least one member of the Club has contributed to the Foundation in the prior year.
  • All previous grants must be closed before additional grants will be funded.

Qualification Requirements:
1)   Club Presidents and President-Elects are asked to complete the Grants Management Seminar (GMS) in the Learning Center, or assign a Club Member who is involved in the grant management. TIPS ON ADMINISTRATION OF GRANTS

  • All final reporting requires receipts and cancelled checks for grants to be closed.
  • No grants issued can provide payments to an organization’s operations – all grants should be towards a specific project and should involve active participation from Rotarians.

More tips and information will be provided in 10 – 15 minute recorded webinars that will be posted soon and periodically…
